- All content for your film must be created during the 72 hours of competition.

- MCAT will offer equipment on a first-come, first serve basis.

- The deadline for submission of an NTSC DVD Youtube, Vimeo or any other on-line video link e-mailed to mcat@mcat.org is 5pm, Monday October 13, 2014.

- Late turn-ins will be accepted and screened, but will be disqualified for all awards (or maybe an Audience Award).

- No talent or crew member may be paid. You can still buy them food!

 

- Each entry must be 5 minutes or less.
